Authorised ReturnsIMPORTANT NOTES (Please Read) Once we have processed this form, you will be issued with an ARN (authorised return number). Please wait to obtain the ARN from Home Creations before you attempt to return goods. Goods without an ARN will not be accepted. We must receive returned goods within 7 workIng days from the ARN being issued. If the goods are due for an exchange or replacement, the original item must be returned first. Goods damaged in transit Visible damage (i.e. after removal of all packaging) must be reported by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 72 hours. Please do not use the item if you wish to make a claim for damage. In the event of an authorised return being sent back by the customer (only for a faulty product) a maximum of £10 return carriage charge will be credited to any refund. For Non-defective, unwanted goods. You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in PRISTINE CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING and in a resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods, we also advise you to obtain insurance for loss and/or damage for their full value. Items returned damaged will not be refunded. When we sign for goods it is on the basis of "acceptance - pending examination". A visual & technical diagnostic inspection is always carried out prior to any replacement or refund. When this is satisfied a refund will be made within 30 days. We reserve the right to deem the goods second-hand and reject or make you an appropriate offer should any items not be returned in their entirety or in an 'as new' condition. |
